The shiny Aegean blue of the Cyprus Grill is really quite elegant. It has a trough for the fire, a row of kebab skewers spanning it's width and three large skewers that thread across it's length (which can be raised or lowered by a wooden handle). A battery powered motor attaches in one of two places to slowly spin either all the large or small skewers at the same time.

Why not try Cypriot/Greek style food for your next spit-roasted dinner? Enjoy a Souvlaki feast with all the "necessary" trimmings, including pita bread, greek salad, buttery rice, tzatziki & hot sauce.
